Analytics & Reports
Overview
Workspace-wide totals — sent, leads emailed, opened, clicked, replied, positive replies, bounced — optionally scoped to a trailing number of days. Per-campaign stats are available the same way on each campaign’s page, plus a daily timeseries for charting.
How the numbers are counted
The same rules apply on the analytics page, the campaigns list, each campaign’s page and the CSV reports:
- Sent and Bounced count emails. Bounce rate is bounced emails over emails sent.
- Opened, Clicked, Replied and Positive count leads, each lead once, however many emails they opened, clicked or answered. Their rates are over leads emailed.
When opens or clicks are not tracked, those numbers are shown blank instead of 0.
Compare campaigns
Compare campaigns puts any number of campaigns side by side: emails sent, leads emailed, opened, clicked, replied, positive and bounced. Click a column to sort by it. Download CSV saves the comparison.
Mailboxes and domains
On the Analytics page, for the timeframe chosen at the top:
- Mailboxes: emails sent, bounce rate, reply rate, positive rate and last send for each mailbox, and its activity over the last 7 days. Hover the bounce rate for hard and soft bounces.
- Domains: the same per sending domain, with its SPF, DKIM and DMARC status. Click a domain to see its mailboxes.
- Bounces: each bounced email with the lead, the mailbox, the campaign and step, and the receiving server’s code and reason. Type a sending domain to see only its bounces. Bounces from before 2 Oct 2026 show “Not recorded” for the reason.
Activity, over the last 7 days whatever timeframe is chosen:
| Activity | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Sent at least its daily cap of campaign emails |
| Low activity | Sent some, but fewer than its daily cap in the whole week |
| Inactive | Campaign sending is on, but nothing was sent |
| Not sending | Campaign sending is off for the mailbox |
Click a column to sort, filter by activity, and CSV downloads the table.
Exports
- Campaigns CSV, Leads CSV (up to 50,000 rows), Analytics CSV — real exports of your actual data, generated on demand. Only an owner or admin can export leads.
- Client report (Toolkit → Reports → Open report) — a one-page report of the workspace’s
campaigns to send to a client: emails sent, leads emailed, reply, positive and bounce rates, and
every campaign that has sent. Download PDF saves it as an A4 PDF. On plans with branded reports
it carries your name, logo and colour (Settings → Branding) instead of Sendbox’s. The same data is
available as JSON from
GET /reports/branded. The underlying numbers are never gated behind a plan — only the white-label branding is; on a plan without it, the report renders unbranded rather than being withheld.
