Getting Started
Create your workspace
Sign up with email or Google. Signing up creates your first workspace — the container for your mailboxes, leads, campaigns, and everything else. You can belong to (or create) more than one workspace and switch between them from the sidebar.
Connect a mailbox
Go to Mailboxes and connect at least one sending mailbox. Sendbox supports:
- Direct SMTP/IMAP credentials (any provider that gives you these — Zoho, Migadu, a private mail server, etc.)
- OAuth for Gmail/Google Workspace and Microsoft/Outlook — no app password needed.
Each mailbox belongs to a sending domain, which Sendbox tracks separately for deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC/blacklist status) — see Domains & Deliverability.
A brand-new mailbox should go through warmup before you send real cold email from it. Sending volume to a cold mailbox immediately is the single most common cause of landing in spam.
Start warmup
From the mailbox’s row, click Start Warmup. Sendbox ramps sending volume up gradually using its own warmup network (real send/reply/open activity between mailboxes, not a bot pattern), and tracks a mailbox’s warmup stage (Week 1 → Steady State) automatically. See Mailboxes & Warmup.
Import leads
Go to Leads and add leads one at a time, paste a list, or import a CSV. Every lead is checked against your workspace’s suppression list on the way in — an address you’ve already blocked never gets a lead row created for it. See Leads.
Build a campaign
Create a campaign, write your sequence (subject + body per step, with an optional delay between steps and A/B variants), then add leads to it. Sendbox assigns each lead a sending mailbox automatically (a “sticky” assignment — once set, it doesn’t change) and, once the campaign is set Active, sends according to your configured send window and days. See Campaigns.
Work the inbox
Replies land in Inbox, auto-classified by intent (Interested, Not Interested, Out of Office, etc.). Reply directly, forward a message, or ask the built-in AI to draft a response grounded in a reply agent’s knowledge base — the AI never sends on its own, it only drafts.
