Dashboard GuideSuppression List

Suppression List

The suppression list is workspace-wide — an address or domain blocked here can never be sent to by any campaign, not just the one that originally caused the block.

Adding entries

  • Block a single email address or an entire domain (every address at that domain).
  • Bulk import up to 5,000 entries at once, for a CSV-style blocklist import.

Blocking a domain and bulk import need an owner or admin. Any member can block a single address.

Addresses are also suppressed automatically on a hard bounce or an unsubscribe request detected in a reply.

Suppression is checked when a lead is added to a campaign — a suppressed lead is skipped entirely rather than getting a campaign-membership row that just never sends, so it’s clearly visible as “blocked,” not silently stuck.

Removing an entry

Deleting a suppression entry allows that address/domain to be sent to again on the next campaign it’s added to. Only an owner or admin can remove an entry.
